Innovations like electric scooters and electric bikes are more sustainable, more convenient and much more fun. We also believe that they are the future of transportation. We’re aiming to make the best electric scooter Australia has to offer.
Acknowledgment
By accessing or using the Service You agree to be bound by Our Terms of Service. Your access to and use of the Service is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Service.

Limitation of Liability
Mearth shall not be held liable for any damage, injury, loss, accident, or other irregularity which may be caused by or resulting from the misuse, mishandling, negligence of Our Goods by You, any person, or company. Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service or 100 AUD if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

Mearth SMS Marketing Terms of Service
By signing up for Mearth's SMS marketing program ("SMS Service"), you agree that you have read, understood, and will be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service"):
Opt-In and Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring marketing text messages from Mearth sent via an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent is not required to make any purchases.
Message Frequency
You can expect to receive up to 8-10 messages per month from Mearth through the SMS Service. Message frequency may vary.
Costs
Message and data rates charged by your wireless carrier may apply. Mearth does not charge a fee to participate in the SMS Service.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of the SMS Service at any time by texting "STOP" to the number you received messages from. You will receive a confirmation text message upon successful opt-out.
Support
For support, you may email support@mearth.com.au. Opt-out requests sent to the email address will not be honored.
Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mearth is not responsible for message failures due to factors outside of our control.
Changes
Mearth reserves the right to modify or cancel the SMS Service and these Terms of Service at any time without notice. Continued use of the SMS Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to participate in the Mearth SMS Service. If you are between 13-18 years old, you must have parental/guardian permission.
By signing up for the Mearth SMS Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not provide your phone number or participate in the program.
